How do I make a return?
To process a return, please click here.
- UK Returns are charged at £2.49 and will be deducted from your refund amount.
- USA Returns are charged at $17.99 and will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Ireland Returns are charged at €11.99 and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Customers have 14 days to send items back to us from the day you receive your order. If a returns label is created during the 14-day window and has not been used within this time, your return will be rejected. If you have reached out to Customer Services before your refund is due to be processed, we will politely refer you to this page.
We are operating as a small, independent retailer, and each refund is processed manually by our returns team. We ask that you please allow 14 business days from the day your return reaches our warehouse for us to process your refund.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the label intact. Any items received that have violated these terms, it will be at our teams discretion as to whether the return is accepted. Should we receive an item returned in an unacceptable condition, our returns team will notify you via email. If, after 72 hours, this email has not been replied to, the rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address.
We cannot process refunds on swimwear where the hygiene seal has been broken.
